SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Shipping is 3 - 5 Business days for in stock products. Any products that are not currently in stock or that ship directly from the manufacturer will have an estimated in stock date noted on the product page. If the item does not have an estimated in stock date noted on the page, please call to confirm stock levels if needed right away. 

All shipping and in stock dates are subject to change. Customers will receive an email once their order has shipped

All items will be charged a shipping fee at check out unless explicitly noted that it has free shipping. Any and all shipping fees are non refundable. Orders over $500 will receive our Free Shipping promotion. This promotion does not apply to returns.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items within 7 days of receipt. Items must be postmarked by the 7th day to be eligible for a refund.

All custom orders, flash sale items, furniture, artwork, books, sale items, and certain lighting are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. White Cliff Studio cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once we receive your item we will process your return and a refund will be issued to either your original payment method or gift card. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
